Diverse thinking is essential, not just nice-to-have.
But, integrating it into work comes with challenges.
Biases and inequalities stand in our way.
Yet, overcoming these can transform our workplaces.
We need to think beyond mere inclusion.
And celebrate the diversity of thought in our organisations.
