🌇 But Accor isn't just exploring pre-reservation experiences. It's also enhancing guest experiences during their trip. In Pompeii, Italy, guests at the MGallery can explore the city's history through the Metaverse, adding another dimension of immersion.
🌟 Plus, the Metaverse could transform employee training and create a virtual-learning pathway for the future of work. "Creating a full universe of Metaverse for all the hotel employees to train themselves when they join the company is something that is working super well," explains Antoine Dubois, Head of Marketing Communications, Guest Experience, and Loyalty at Accor.
🚀 However, the Metaverse's mass-market challenge lies in reaching and targeting consumers. While excited by the transition to everyday activities, 60% of consumers aren't yet using the technology on the metaverse.
